A runner who gets it
Competitive runners or those who've completed 1 marathon/ultra or several half-marathons. This ensures you can relate to and support the runners we help.

Someone who truly cares about runners

Strong orthopedic skills
While most injuries we see are running-related, our clients face a wide range of challenges. Orthopedic expertise is the foundation for specializing in running injuries.

Who This Role Might NOT Be For:

Minimal running experience
We're looking for PTs who are passionate about running. You'll spend your days talking about running - it's important you love it as much as we do.

Someone just looking to leave in-network PT
We're looking for PTs excited about our mission & vision.

Someone expecting 6-7 patients per day to be a light workload
We dive deep with our clients to address their biggest challenges. It's rewarding, but it requires focus and dedication.

Benefits & Perks
• Health Insurance Stipend – $500/month

• Continuing Education Budget – $1,000/year - plus Dry Needling Certification if not already certified
• Running Race Entry Stipend – $250/year

🟢 Physical Therapist – Performance + Rehab for Runners
Location: Portland, ME (in-person)
Schedule: Full-time preferred. Part-time options considered.
Are you a PT who lights up when talking about running, training load, or strength progressions? We’re looking for someone who can blend clinical skill with coaching instincts—someone who wants to help runners fully recover and build lasting durability. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, coachable, and excited to work in a collaborative, high-autonomy environment.
🟢 Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Location: Portland, ME (in-person) + Telehealth options
Schedule: Full-time preferred. Part-time options considered.
This role is perfect for a PT who wants to bring expert, evidence-based care to a population often underserved by conventional systems. You’ll work closely with runners, active moms, and motivated clients who want to move better through every season of life. Training available for the right candidate.
