Dr. Aisling Cuffe, PT, DPT is a skilled physical therapist with extensive experience working with runners of all levels, helping them recover from injury and return to training while minimizing the risk of re-injury.
Aisling holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions, and before pursuing her DPT, she coached cross country and track at the high school level.
Aisling ran professionally as a sponsored athlete for Saucony from 2016 to 2020, training in Providence, RI, under renowned coach Ray Treacy. One of her career highlights was winning the USA Club XC National Championship in 2019.
As a student-athlete at Stanford University from 2011-2016, she became a 2x PAC-12 Champion in cross country, held the PAC-12 record for the 5000m for a decade, and was a 5x NCAA All-American, with a personal best of 15:11 in the 5k.
Originally from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY, Aisling won the Footlocker National Cross Country Championships in 2010.
In her free time, Aisling enjoys running, swimming, and spending time with her family. She loves exploring new places and staying active outdoors.
